Job Overview:

As a Creative Associate at Kipling Media, you will be instrumental in developing and executing creative content across multiple platforms. Your role will involve creating compelling copy, designing eye-catching visuals, and producing engaging video content. This position requires a strong grasp of written and spoken English (to native fluency levels) (French is a plus) with 2-3 years of experience in creative roles, and a background in social media. The role is on-site, fostering a collaborative and dynamic work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute creative concepts for various marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with client objectives and brand guidelines.
Write compelling and persuasive copy for various formats, including the web, social media, email, and print.
Design engaging visuals and graphics for digital and print media using tools like Adobe Creative Suite (limited).
Produce and ideate video content for social media, websites, and other marketing channels.
Manage and grow social media accounts by creating and scheduling posts, engaging with followers, and analyzing performance metrics in tandem with our Performance team.
Collaborate with the Performance team to develop and implement social media strategies that drive engagement and growth.
Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate best practices into creative work.
Assist in brainstorming and pitching creative ideas to clients and internal stakeholders.
Work closely with clients to understand their vision and deliver creative solutions that meet their needs.
Maintain a high level of quality control, ensuring all creative output is accurate, error-free, polished, and professional.

Required Qualifications:

2-3 years of experience in a creative role, such as copywriting, graphic design, or video production.
Proven ability to create compelling content across various media.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (native level).
Experience in managing and growing social media accounts for brands.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Ability to work on-site and collaborate effectively with the team in a fast-paced environment.
A keen eye for detail and a passion for creativity and innovation.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, Film, or a related field.
Some knowledge/experience with film/video production
Experience in creating and editing video content for social media platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
Knowledge of current social media trends, tools, and best practices.
