This is an exciting role for an individual with strong technical experience, superior customer service and a proven track record of directing independent adjusters and legal counsel on the investigation, negotiation and settlement of multi-line Property and Casualty claims. Expected Compensation:
The expected hiring range for this role is $57,600 to $72 ,000 based on a 35 hour work week. Actual offered salary will depend on the successful candidate's qualifications and experience, as well as market conditions for the role, and internal equity.

The Opportunity:

Do you have a strong technical background, are detail-oriented and enjoy providing excellent customer service? Do you love to work in a fast-paced environment that are results driven?
In this role you'll:

Provide direction to independent adjusters and legal counsel on the investigation, negotiation and settlement of multi-line Property and Casualty claims
Review facts, policy coverages, expert reports to make decisions on coverage, value of claim and settlement
Responsible for data accuracy, reserve management and issuance of payments to insureds, insurance professionals, vendors and other related parties to a claim
Responsible for providing exemplary customer service and keeping all related parties informed of the claims process and status
Ad-hoc additional tasks as needed

Here's what you bring:

5+ years of multi-line adjusting/examining experience on property and casualty claims
Insurance Broker Level 2 license and/or CIP designation
Experience working with Independent Adjusters and Legal Counsel, with focus on providing clear direction on file handling and indemnity/expense cost management
Solid understanding of both Personal Lines and Commercial Lines policies
Ability to work in a high-pressure environment, and a strong team contributor
Excellent time management skills and the ability to multi-task
Solid communicator, both written and verbal, with the ability to provide clear and concise direction to both internal and external file handlers
Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and to exercise discretion are important qualities
Strong work ethic without sacrificing your ability to have fun on the job
