Estimator | Residential | Production Builder | CalgaryWe are seeking an Estimator to join our client a residential production builder in Calgary.
As an Estimator, you will play a vital role in analyzing costs, preparing estimates, and ensuring the successful execution of residential projects.

Cost Analysis:
Collaborate with project managers and subcontractors to analyze costs for single-family residential construction projects.Estimate Preparation:
Prepare detailed estimates based on project specifications, blueprints, and material take-offs.Purchase Orders:
Generate and manage purchase orders for contract costs and optional items.Scope of Work:
Draft and revise scopes of work as needed.Contract Administration:
Assist with contract templates, addendums, and site instructions.Customized Requests:
Estimate customized requests from home buyers.QualificationsTo succeed in this role, you should have:
Experience:
Previous experience in residential construction estimating.Blueprint Literacy:
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.Attention to Detail:
