Job Summary
Altus Group is currently seeking a Client Support Specialist to support our Tax Team.
Your responsibilties will include billing and administrative support, client support and relationship building.
This position requires in office expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Administrative Support - Handle diverse administrative individually and as part of the team.
• Data entry and upload.
• Data and report exports, edits, validation of data.
• Analysis support in various formats.
• Client Support - Assist clients in the collection of assessment data, completing necessary forms required by the assessing authorities for Altus Group's engagement in property tax consulting.
• Act as a point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, and providing exceptional customer service.
• Relationship Building - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and industry stakeholders, fostering trust and confidence in Altus.

Key Requirements

• Excellent Microsoft Office skills and other relevant software applications.
• Proficiency in drafting contracts, ensuring accuracy and adherence to legal guidelines.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with a client-focused approach.
• Strong organizational abilities with acute attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience working effectively under deadlines and managing time-sensitive tasks.
• Capability to work independently while also being a proactive team player.
