Qu'est ce qu'on attend de vous? -Assurer le premier contact téléphonique avec de nouveaux clients et les clients existants.
• Préparer et soumettre des offres.
• Enregistrer avec précision les commandes dans notre système ERP.
• Réaliser des ventes par téléphone en répondant aux demandes des particuliers.
• Collaborer étroitement avec nos Account Managers pour suivre et développer les offres.
• Traiter de manière proactive les plaintes des clients, en gérant les dossiers, en effectuant des analyses approfondies et en communiquant de manière professionnelle avec les clients pour résoudre leurs problèmes.
