Nieuwsgierig naar onze werking? Functieomschrijving Als business analyst maak je deel uit van team ICT van KU Leuven Stuvo, op het snijpunt van kwaliteitswerking, projectmanagement en IT.
Je werkt mee aan de optimalisatie en digitalisatie van administratieve processen op basis van overleg met gebruikers en procesanalyse.
Je staat in voor de projectcoördinatie van IT-ontwikkelingen, van het eerste idee tot en met de implementatie en follow-up.
Je communiceert of overlegt vlot met eindgebruikers (studenten, teams van Stuvo), IT-ontwikkelingspartners en team Data van KU Leuven.
Profiel Je gelooft in de kracht van studentenondersteuning en je handelt met respect en discretie, want het belang van de student staat centraal.

Je beschikt over een masterdiploma of behaalde een gelijkwaardig niveau door ervaring.
Je kunt vlot werken met courante IT-toepassingen.
Je bent analytisch en kunt vlot de noden van gebruikers vertalen naar IT-toepassingen.
Je krijgt energie bij het bedenken van nieuwe of creatieve oplossingen.
Door je enthousiasme en overtuigingskracht neem je collega's mee in het verbeterproces.
Je kunt uitstekend plannen en coördineren.
Je werkt resultaatsgericht.
Ervaring in projectmanagement is een must.
Je staat sterk in de samenwerking met IT-partners.
Je bent een sterke communicator met goede sociale vaardigheden.

We zoeken een collega voor een voltijdse functie (80% is bespreekbaar) voor onbepaalde duur.
Ben je onmiddellijk inzetbaar in alle opdrachten van de functie dan start je in graad 7.
Beloftevolle kandidaten die nog niet alle opdrachten meteen kunnen opnemen starten in graad 6.
Graad 8 is weggelegd voor kandidaten die al van bij de start, omwille van doorgedreven kennis en ervaring, extra verantwoordelijkheden kunnen opnemen.KU Leuven kiest voor een actief campusleven waarbij werk op kantoor afgewisseld wordt met telewerk.
