AI Innovation Specialist - Hospitality Industry Trainee
Location: Belgium (across 7 Pandox Hotels)
Duration: minimum 3 months

Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated IT Trainee to join our team for a duration of 3 to 6 months. The primary focus of this role will be to explore and implement innovative solutions utilizing artificial intelligence (AI)
across various departments including HR, accounting, Front Office, and more. The ideal candidate will have a strong affinity for the hospitality industry
and possess a passion for leveraging technology to drive operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with department heads to identify opportunities for implementing AI-driven solutions to optimize processes and improve efficiency.

Conduct research and analysis to understand the specific needs and challenges of each department and propose tailored AI solutions.

Assist in the integration of AI systems
with existing infrastructure and software platforms, ensuring seamless operation and compatibility.

Work closely with IT and data teams to collect, analyze, and utilize data effectively to enhance decision-making and performance.

Provide training and support to staff members on the use of AI tools and systems , promoting adoption and proficiency.

Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in AI technology, recommending innovative strategies to maintain a competitive edge.

Assist in other IT-related tasks and projects as needed, contributing to the overall success of the IT department and organization.

Qualifications

Currently enrolled in a relevant academic program, ideally in first or second year of Master's Degree (e.g., Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, etc.). You have an internship convention of minimum three months . Starting date is flexible.

Strong understanding of artificial intelligence concepts , algorithms, and methodologies.

Proficiency with modern Generative AI platforms and tools .

Familiarity with programming languages such as Python, R, or Java, and experience with AI frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch) is a plus.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills , with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Fluency in English is required; proficiency in French and/or Dutch is highly desirable.

Passion for the hospitality industry and a genuine interest in leveraging technology to enhance guest experiences and operational efficiency.

Proactive
attitude, creative problem-solving skills , and a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
