Functieomschrijving Als L&D verantwoordelijke sta je in voor het ontwikkelen en implementeren van een L&D-beleid dat aansluit bij de behoefte van onze organisatie en medewerkers.
Je biedt algemeen L&D advies en begeleiding en werkt hiervoor nauw samen met verschillende afdelingen, om te identificeren welke vaardigheden en kennis nodig zijn om de huidige en toekomstige bedrijfsdoelstellingen te bereiken.Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:
• Uitwerken van een L&D beleid/strategie in een cultuur van een-leven-lang-leren.
• Identificeren van trainingsbehoeften en ontwikkelen van passende programma's.
• Verkennen van nieuwe concepten en methoden binnen Scania Academy en het extern L&Dlandschap.
• Nauwe samenwerking met interne en externe stakeholders.
• Beheren van het trainingsbudget en zorgen voor kosteneffectieve initiatieven.
• Kritisch evalueren van trainingsprogramma's en effectiviteit meten samen met de business.
• Rapporteren van trainingsresultaten aan het managementteam en OR.
• Subsidieaanvragen en dossierbeheer.
• Beheer van de L&D technologieën en systemen.
• Ondersteunen op gebied van L&D binnen verschillende projecten in de organisatie Profiel
• Je hebt minimaal een bachelor en enkele jaren ervaring als trainer of professional in learning &development.
• Je beschikt over zowel een strategisch inzicht als een hands-on mentaliteit, waardoor je instaat bent om strategieën te ontwikkelen en deze operationeel uit te voeren.
• Uitstekende organisatorische vaardigheden en een gestructureerde aanpak.
• Je connecteert en communiceert makkelijk met mensen op alle niveaus binnen de organisatie.
• Je bent In staat om bestaande processen kritisch uit te dagen en verbeteringen voor testellen.
• Je bent klantgericht en hebt een pragmatische en positieve instelling.
• Vlot werken met L&D technologieën en systemen vind je vanzelfsprekend.
• Goede beheersing van Nederlands en Engels Aanbod Mogelijkheid tot thuiswerken:
