Description de la fonction Product Manager Assurances aux Mutualités Libres :
votre vocation ? Le Product Manager est responsable du développement de l'offre d'assurances de la société mutualiste d'assurances (SMA) des Mutualités libres.
Il contribue à la réalisation des objectifs stratégiques des Mutualités Libres, en répondant aux besoins évolutifs des assurés en matière de santé de façon innovante et pérenne.
Pour ce faire, le Product Manager collabore étroitement avec les différentes entités impliquées dans la gestion et la distribution des assurances (départements études, juridique, data management, actuariat, IT, operations, marketing et communication de l'Union et des mutualités).
Dans cette fonction, il/elle rapporte au Manager du Product Management.
Vos tâches :
Gérer et compléter la gamme existante de produits d'assurance, en partant des besoins du client en matière d'assurance maladie et en accordant la nécessaire attention à la conformité, à l'efficience opérationnelle et à la rentabilité.
Se tenir informé(e) en permanence des évolutions, nouvelles tendances et innovations au sein du secteur de la santé et de l'assurance.
Sur la base de cette étude de marché, proposer des adaptations dans l'offre et/ou la gestion des assurances.
Suivre les indicateurs-clés (KPI) relatifs à l'activité commerciale et la rentabilité des assurances facultatives et, si nécessaire, proposer des solutions pour améliorer ceux-ci.
Gérer le cycle du développement de produit de A à Z (étude et analyse - concept - business case - établissement du dossier 360° - validation par les instances - implémentation - monitoring).
Défendre les intérêts et les valeurs de MLOZ Insurance auprès des partenaires.
Traduire les caractéristiques des assurances facultatives dans des supports de communication interne et externe, dans un langage et format adaptés aux publics cibles (clients, intermédiaires, collègues).
Profil Êtes-vous la personne que nous cherchons ? Vous avez suivi une formation de niveau universitaire et disposez d'une expérience professionnelle d'au moins 5 ans dans la gestion de produits au sein du secteur des assurances.
Vous avez l'esprit analytique et de synthèse.
Vous avez une affinité pour les chiffres.
Vous connaissez le secteur de la santé ou avez de bonnes notions de celui-ci.
Vous avez de bonnes compétences en communication orale et en rédaction.
Vous êtes capable de bien coordonner et gérer des projets.
Vous avez l'esprit commercial et êtes orienté(e) solutions.
Team player, vous pouvez également faire preuve d'autonomie et d'esprit d'initiative.
Vous êtes parfaitement bilingue NL et FR.
Vous maîtrisez les outils MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
