Vandaag waakt de vierde generatie over de aanhoudende groei van de onderneming en de kwaliteit van haar speciaalbier met hergisting op fles, dat inmiddels al in meer dan 60 landen verdeeld wordt.
Het Legal Team adviseert en ondersteunt de business op verschillende domeinen zoals het opmaken van commerciële contracten met horecazaken, vastgoedovereenkomsten, overnames, de toepassing van de publiciteitswetgeving, etiketteringsverplichtingen en andere bedrijfsjuridische aandachtspunten.
Ons smaakprofiel:
Het helpen van sales met het opmaken, redigeren en negotiëren van complexe commerciële dossiers (met supermarktketens, horecazaken, distributeurs, evenementenorganisaties…).
Het adviseren van de marketingteams in België en in Frankrijk op vlak van reclamecampagnes.
Het opmaken en negotiëren van handelshuurovereenkomsten met horecazaken.
Het bewaken van de privacywetgeving.
Je volgt de relevante wetgeving mee op de voet en ondersteunt de Chief Legal Officer bij complexe dossiers en strategische projecten.
Jouw ingrediënten:
Je bent Master in de Rechten en hebt bij voorkeur 5+ jaar ervaring in een gerenommeerd advocatenkantoor of in een grotere onderneming.
Bij het juridisch adviseren en ondersteunen van de business denk je pragmatisch, commercieel maar ook kritisch en nauwkeurig in het belang van de brouwerij en de business.
Je bent iemand die aandacht heeft voor de belangen van alle stakeholders en die juridische issues begrijpelijk kan duiden voor niet-juristen.
Je beheerst op perfecte wijze de Franse taal en hebt een goede kennis van het Engels.
Pluspunten zijn kennis van data protection, ondernemingsrecht, handelshuur en EMCG.
