We are seeking a visionary leader with a passion for pioneering hotel developments, and therefore conduct an international search for a t railblazing Head of Hotel Developments and Viability Assessments. Based in the heart of the Middle East with a strategic focus on unlocking unparalleled hotel opportunities in the thriving GCC region, particularly Saudi Arabia & UAE, this role offers a unique chance to shape the hospitality landscape.
Key Responsibilities:
Spearhead the identification and acquisition of prime hotel prospects, ranging from greenfield projects to rebranding existing properties.
Oversee the entire lifecycle of hotel development, from meticulous planning to flawless execution, ensuring seamless integration of innovative concepts and sustainable practices.
Conduct comprehensive viability assessments and market analyses to drive strategic decision-making, leveraging your deep understanding of the Middle East hospitality sector.
Serve as a pivotal link to the Board of Directors, providing strategic insights and progress updates on transformative initiatives.
Qualifications:
Proven track record of success in hotel development and feasibility assessments, with a focus in the Middle East market.
Extensive experience in securing greenfield projects and rebranding existing properties, coupled with a thorough understanding of the entire development process.
Exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to inspire teams and drive results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
