As Rise's Manager - Learning & Culture, you will play a key role in developing, implementing & evaluating innovative & contemporary Learning, Development & Culture programs.
You will provide strategic & operational direction to other areas of the business & maintain collaborative relationships with all stakeholders to support Rise in building and maintaining a diverse, sustainable, resilient & adaptable workforce with a respectful, & inclusive culture.

Typical activities might include…

Develop and implement strategies to meet the learning and development needs of Rise.
Develop and implement strategies to ensure an inclusive and diverse workplace that meets Rise's culture objectives.
Develop and implement contemporary programs in line with community expectations and/or best practice trends.
Support the Inclusion and Diversity Coordinator to provide advice and guidance to Rise.
Monitor and report on emerging trends and best practice that increases inclusion and diversity in the workplace.

Demonstrated success developing and maintaining internal stakeholder relationships to ensure solid understanding of business needs and draw on organisational expertise and knowledge in the development of fit for purpose solutions.
Ability to successfully engage with, and influence, all levels of the organisation.
Comfortable challenging the status quo in a respectful manner - know when to hold 'em and know when to fold 'em.
An enthusiastic and dynamic approach.
Commitment and proactive approach to diversity and inclusion.
