About the role As an Account Manager at Common Ventures, you will help deliver top-notch projects across some of our key clients and oversee key agency initiatives.

As a member of Common Ventures, you will be part of a collaborative, fast-paced team of innovative thinkers and doers dedicated to making awesome things across a broad gamut of media.
This role involves regular and clear communication with everyone in the agency (us) along with people outside the agency (clients, stakeholders, production partners and more).
You must be smitten by spreadsheets, obsess over ticking things off your list, be financially literate and have a lust for making creative better.
You must get a kick out of the following things:

Provide support to the Account Leads to ensure the timely and on-budget delivery of selected large projects Help to maintain the integrity of the work on all designated projects Build strong professional relationships with all of our clients and suppliers Passionate about making great things for both B2B and B2C clients You can whip up presentations and format them like a lord Develop documentation to relay timings and budgets to internal and external stakeholders Manage project finances using our costing tools, adapting to new programs if necessary Be dedicated to making awesome things across a broad gamut of media and have a hunger to gain a technical understanding of all advertising platforms (with a focus on digital) Work closely with production teams to ensure photo and video shoots run without a hitch Help senior members of the Accounts team pull together client presentations Be future-focused and willing to adapt to an ever-changing communications environment Work closely with pitch teams to pull together new business proposals Participate in brainstorming sessions Assist in the production of campaigns For the agency Oversee time-logging, working with the team to ensure time is being accounted for correctly Manage owned promotion channels like Linkedin and Instagram, sharing key agency updates as required Owning internal processes including filing and end-of-project checklists Working closely with our founders and accountant to ensure our finances are kept tickety-boo Make sure the creative team are armed with all they need to succeed Helping with agency fame, including working with the team in driving the creation of press releases and award submissions Contribute towards office manager tasks to help keep the agency running smoothly Skills and education Relevant tertiary education; Business, marketing, project management, comms or equivalent Minimum 2-3 years experience in an agency account service or client led role Competent in Google Suite and other cloud-based project management software Appreciation for design, creative development and product excellence Excellent presentation, written and verbal communication skills Highly self-motivated, organised, detail-oriented, with superior client management skills Ability to prioritise, multi-task and follow through in a fast-paced environment General Finally, we're strong believers in the 'leave your ego at the door' policy.
