Our client is a growing, specialist commercial litigation law firm that delivers high quality legal services to clients to help them achieve remarkable outcomes.
The firm is a boutique specialist litigation firm that acts for public and private entities, national businesses and SME's. Areas of practice include Litigation, Dispute Resolution, Insolvency, Building & Construction and Government.
The firm believes in providing prompt, direct and honest advice and takes pride in their positive workplace culture that is fostered in all their offices. The team is committed to working together to support the firm's values and are genuinely happy and driven to come to work. The team of seasoned professionals are highly experienced in resolving commercial litigation matters predominantly with the superior courts across Australia.
About You
Ideally you will have:
7+ years solid experience as a litigation lawyer;
Strong Attention to detail;
Excellent organisational skills;
A proven record in managing litigation files, appear in court, attending mediations and client meetings; and
Have an excellent attitude be positive team player and a desire to grow and learn from senior lawyers
Important to be ambitious to take your career to the next and be a 2IC
