Minimum 15 years experience.
Oil and Gas Industry experience is MANDATORY, ADNOC project experience is MANDATORY
Managing individual projects from initiation stages through engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and till final close out.
Ensuring all key progress and approval meetings are held and recorded with appropriate attendees throughout the tender process including, but not limited to tender Kick-Off, risk reviews, costs, qualifications, approvals, and project handover.
Assisting in exceeding financial targets and maximization of gross profit margins on individual contracts; manage the purchases of equipment to eliminate stock carrying.
Ensuring project plan is delivered to the Contract Manager for distribution in accordance with contractual requirements.
Assisting in the mobilization of the team and managing the resources of the project.
Monitoring the project budget & cash flow with the management & project control team.
Assisting the project manager in addressing any deviations in SOW.
Ensuring that technical integrity is fully maintained and that all deviations to project standards and procedures are formally recorded and approved.
Regularly reviewing the project execution schedule developed by the Cost and Planning Department to ensure that Project Engineering progress will be achieved.
Ensuring that all Project Engineering scope changes are recorded to cover man-hours, costs, and schedule impacts and coordinate on preparation of back up documents.
Monitoring the Project milestones and activities coming on the critical path not to affect the project completion & progress.
Monitoring the overall procurement activities to ensure availability of materials on time.
Visiting vendor, manufacturing workshops, and factories when required, to ensure their compliance to the quality & project requirements.
Assisting the Engineering team in reviewing the bids & quotations received from vendors & suppliers to ensure the compliance to clients` requirements & contracts.
Producing clear, accurate and defined Scope of Work Instruction to Sub-Contractors.
Directing subcontractors on major activities arising from technical changes during the execution of the project.
Supporting the management with project audit reports and ensuring that action items are closed in a timely manner.
Monitoring project resource needs through analysis of workload at project level.
Identifying slippages, significant float erosion and raising senior team members with suggestions and proposals for recover actions.
Monitor Earned Values, CPIs, SPIs, EV, PV, … etc. with the Project Control team.
Close monitoring of works with Principal planners and Planning Engineers.
Prepare periodic reports and dashboards to capture the project progress and analytics.
