Logistics Coordinator
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our team in Abu Dhabi, UAE. As a Logistics Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating the movement of goods and materials, ensuring timely delivery and efficient use of resources. This is a contract position suitable for Indian nationals with strong English communication skills.
Responsibilities:
• Coordinate the transportation and delivery of goods and materials within specified timelines
• Communicate with suppliers, vendors, and clients to ensure timely delivery
• Monitor inventory levels and track shipments using logistics software
• Prepare shipping documents and ensure accuracy of information
• Resolve any issues or delays in delivery by working with relevant parties
• Ensure compliance with local laws and regulations related to transportation and import/export
• Identify cost-saving opportunities in logistics processes
Requirements:
• Indian nationality preferred
• Strong communication skills in English
• Previous experience in logistics or supply chain is not required but considered a plus
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Excellent organizational skills
• Attention to detail
• Willingness to work on a contract basis
• Valid visa or ability to obtain one quickly
