• Job Summary
•
This role will support our International Licensee Partners with the key responsibility to support them for sales growth. Responsible for market and customer penetration that leads to sales growth within corporate accounts utilizing the AAP subscription model. Responsible for creating, coordinating, and implementing specific sales, marketing, staffing, and general organizational strategies to grow the business profitably within the FranklinCovey business model.
• Essential Job Functions
•
• Sales & Business Management - Capable Sales Leader
•
+ Ongoing coaching & mentoring of General Managers, Sales Managers and Client Partners within Licensee Partner Practices.
+ Completes regular performance evaluations of sales opportunities, client interactions, and role definitions.
+ Analyzes market (penetration, demographics, trends, economic, opportunities, etc.) and current clients (penetration, share of total training business, opportunities, etc.) to create and implement effective market and customer strategies that result in profitable growth. Keeps a close eye on pricing, competition, marketing, and other key business objectives.
+ Proactively facilitates partner best practice sharing, learning, goals, and results with benchmarks for success.
+ Clearly communicates and holds people accountable to goals, expectations and responsibilities using objectives in the Redwood Partner Growth Model.
+ Provides regular general sessions for sales onboarding, training, and excellence to prospect, sell, implement, and renew the FranklinCovey way.

+ Proven strong track record of results. Ability to quickly build and grow profitable business.
+ Experience diagnosing and then designing and implementing organizational learning impact journeys to exactly fit the client job to be done.
+ Ability to prepare and clearly communicate profitable win-win solution client proposals.
+ Proven, credible, strong ability to coach and mentor others on building business and meeting customer needs.
+ Proven ability to develop and close substantial business.
+ Strong client retention and expansion through adherence to established sales processes.
+ Proven ability to network.
+ Substantial experience selling to mid and large-sized organizations, preferably consultative solution selling to fortune 500 companies.
+ Preferred, knowledge of FranklinCovey integrated services model and content (Leadership, Execution, Productivity, Trust).
+ Experience working with/presenting to top executives. Superb communication and delivery skills.
+ Proven ability and experience doing tactical marketing, targeted prospecting, and direct customer marketing

+ Comfort in leading engaging events online and in person to large groups of prospective clients to communicate business case needs and solutions.

• Job Requirements
•
• Ten plus years of proven sales and general management experience. Ability to influence, motivate, develop, and direct the International Licensee Partners.
• Demonstrate knowledge and ongoing interest in understanding the performance improvement market and changing landscape. Preferable to have worked for a competitor in the performance improvement industry.
• Proven track record of building and developing significant account revenue preferably from Fortune 500 companies.
• Ability to develop enterprise-wide sales management tools and processes including pipeline, forecasting, account management, budgeting, account strategies, etc.
• Non-traditional work hours to accommodate global time zones.
• Must live near a major airport.
• Undergraduate degree required; MBA preferred.
• Travel to International Licensee Partner locations.
