Wellbeing, Health & Safety Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with key stakeholders to develop and implement a robust health strategy for Mercury.Oversee the implementation of health initiatives, including noise testing/mapping, chemical management, and exposure limit monitoring.
Ensure integration of the $100 health warrant of fitness into health checks.Partner with external organizations to enhance employee health outside of work.
Explore new opportunities for improvement.Manage workplace health considering factors beyond the office.Work with the wider team to build on the existing wellbeing strategy.We are looking for:
Qualification:
Occupational Health and Safety, Health Promotion, Public Health, Psychology or related field.Skills:
Development and implementation of strategic plans, strong analytical skills, experience with data collection tools and analysis software (an advantage).Mercury offers:
