Help our Brand Strategy succeed
As a Brand Strategy Specialist at Pandora, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to support developing and executing brand strategies that drive global growth and success.
Your role will be key in aligning stakeholders, fostering collaboration, and ensuring coherence to the overarching brand strategy.
Success in this role will involve agile decision-making, effective communication, and adaptability to evolving business needs.
Responsibilities 1.
Conduct Brand Market Analysis and Competitive Research:
- Collaborate with Consumer Insights (CI) and the Marketing team to analyze market trends, opportunities, and the competitive landscape relevant to the brand strategy
- Conduct thorough competitive research to gain insights into competitor activities, strengths, and weaknesses
- Utilize market and competitive intelligence to refine and inform brand strategies
2.
Support in Developing and Executing the Brand Strategy:
- Assist the Brand Strategy Manager in developing and executing comprehensive brand strategies aligned with business objectives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including GBU, DBU, Consumer Insights (CI), Design, Brand & Communication (BRACO), Go-To-Market (GTM), and Assortment Planning (AP) to ensure successful strategy implementation
- Contribute to communicating the brand strategy effectively, emphasizing its benefits and aligning it with broader brand goals
- Support workshops, meetings, and presentations to drive buy-in and alignment to the brand strategy

Assist in Developing Strategic Brand Campaigns, Initiatives, and Roadmaps:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop strategic brand campaigns, initiatives, and amplifications supporting the brand strategy
- Assist in defining objectives, timelines, and resource requirements for brand campaigns and initiatives
- Ensure alignment and integration of strategic brand initiatives with the overall brand strategy and business objectives

Facilitate Strategic Decision-Making & Change Management:
- Provide support in offering strategic guidance and insights to key stakeholders in decision-making processes
- Collaborate with the Brand Strategy Manager and key stakeholders to evaluate potential strategic opportunities and risks
- Assist in developing business cases and recommendations for strategic investments and initiatives
- Support in developing change management strategies to ensure successful adoption and implementation of brand strategies
5.
Performance Monitoring and Reporting:
- Assist in establishing KPIs and reporting mechanisms to track the progress and impact of brand strategies
- Analyze performance data, identifying areas for improvement, and providing recommendations
- Support in regularly communicating updates on strategy implementation and achievements
Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's degree within Marketing, Business or similar
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in marketing, strategy, consulting, business development, or related roles, focus on brand building is a plus
- Demonstrated ability to contribute to agile decision-making and navigate through change and ambiguity effectively
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Curious mindset and can do attitude
