Manage the schedules of more than 30 professionals
Compose, correct, edit, translate and send diverse documents
Create, classify and update files
Insert and review data entries
Maintain the office/clinic in order
Perform diverse related tasks
From 4,5 to 10,5 hours a week
Required qualities :
Job Requirements:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in French and in English
Excellent interpersonal skills
Discretion and respect for the confidentiality
Concern to offer an excellent customer service
Proficient in MS Office and computer
Capacity to be autonomous
Good capacity of adaptation
Capacity to work under pressure
Excellent judgment skills
Other requirements :
Study in Psychology would be an asset.
