What You'll Contribute:
As the Hydromechanics Director, you'll lead and supervise a team of permanent and part time employees, overseeing budgetary management and strategic planning. Your role will involve:
- Managing the entire engineering department in the Hydromechanics sector
- Establishing and implementing departmental strategies and service offerings
- Developing and maintaining internal and external networks for business development
- Ensuring operational excellence and customer satisfaction
- Collaborating with the Vice President to establish growth strategies

What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor of Engineering
- Member of the association of professional engineers of the province where the profession is practiced
- Minimum 10-15 years of relevant experience in team management
- Vision and global knowledge of dam and hydroelectric development sectors
- Proven ability in business development and customer relationship management
- Mobilizing leadership and effective communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a changing organizational context
- Bilingualism (French and English)
