As Rise's Manager - Learning & Culture, you will play a key role in developing, implementing & evaluating innovative & contemporary Learning, Development & Culture programs.
You will provide strategic & operational direction to other areas of the business & maintain collaborative relationships with all stakeholders to support Rise in building and maintaining a diverse, sustainable, resilient & adaptable workforce with a respectful, & inclusive culture.
Typical activities might include…
- Develop and implement strategies to meet the learning and development needs of Rise.
- Develop and implement strategies to ensure an inclusive and diverse workplace that meets Rise's culture objectives.
- Develop and implement contemporary programs in line with community expectations and/or best practice trends.
- Support the Inclusion and Diversity Coordinator to provide advice and guidance to Rise.
- Monitor and report on emerging trends and best practice that increases inclusion and diversity in the workplace.
