What You'll Do

Support Operational Excellence: Assist the store manager in streamlining daily operations.
Provide Leadership: Work closely with the store manager to lead and motivate the team.
Customer Satisfaction: Champion a customer-focused environment throughout the store.
Performance Management: Evaluate performance, identify training needs, and work towards objectives.
Team Development: Supervise employees, provide training, conduct appraisals, and take corrective action.
Sales and Marketing: Contribute to achieving sales goals through guiding and providing feedback to the team.
Conflict Resolution: Act as a pivotal point for resolving issues and concerns raised by employees and customers.
Additional Tasks: Engage in additional tasks and initiatives as needed to ensure the store's overall success.

Requirements

Candidates must be 18+ years or older
Complete a pre-employment background check
Minimum of three (3) years of grocery retail experience
Strong leadership and customer management abilities
Ability to lift and/or carry items weighing up to 50lbs

These qualifications will help you stand out

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field preferred.
Commitment to providing exceptional service to customers and support to team members.
Customer service-oriented with in-depth knowledge of basic business management processes.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
