We are looking for a Full time and Part time staff member to add to both our Boulder clinic teams.

AFC Urgent Care of Boulder is seeking a front desk medical receptionist with excellent customer service skills for a full time position.
The ideal candidate will be personable, efficient, and able to address customer concerns/complaints with a positive caring attitude.
Must be able to work a 12 hours shift.
Open clinic hours are Monday-Friday 8-8 and Saturday-Sunday 8-5.
Must be able to multitask as this is a high paced position.

Prepare the clinic for opening each day by reviewing the facility, opening all systems applications, and preparing new patient registration packets and required documents
Greet patients, provide patients initial paperwork, and obtain copies of insurance and identification cards
Register patients, update patient records, and verify insurance accurately and timely
Respond promptly to customer needs, provide excellent customer service, assist patients with follow-up appointments, and fulfill medical documentation requests
Balance daily patient charges (cash, check, credit cards) against system reports
Complete closing procedures by preparing closing documentation and submitting required reports
Prepare, sign, and drop the deposit in the safe on a nightly basis
Complete cash control procedures and secure financial assets
Maintain complete and accurate documentation.
Observe safety and security procedures; promote a safe and pleasant work environment
Regular attendance to ensure efficient clinic operations
Other duties and responsibilities as assigned

Compensation:
$18.00 - $20.00 per hour
