$650K fully negotiable base guarantee first year
Partnership track:
Year 1 buy-into practice and surgical center.
Paid:
Malpractice insurance, licensing fees, medical society dues
Health Insurance:
Paid with long term disability.
PTO:
4 weeks + all paid holidays (Year 1 then accrues)
CME:
10 days per year
Loan repayment:
Paid by hospital guaranteed.
Profit Sharing
No revenue sharing.

MORE ABOUT THE PRACTICE Gastroenterology (GI) Our local hospital foundation offers the option for student loan repayment.
The salary we pay is simple and straightforward - the agreed-upon amount divided monthly. There are no sub-components to the compensation (production, quality/patient satisfaction).
We are a completely independent private practice - where there is no revenue sharing with private equity companies, hospital system, or anyone else. We control our own operations, craft our own practice, and value physician autonomy.
We offer REAL and EARLY practice ownership and partnership. The practice buy-in is manageable and equal partnership is offered during the buy-in period (We have a much lower buy-in than larger practices in larger metro areas)
COMMUNITY Gastroenterology (GI) Physicians are welcome to live where they choose, no set distance parameters.
