This role places you at the heart of our innovative efforts to educate and empower creators through our comprehensive Abound Cloud platform, which includes over 100 applications designed to help creators own, grow, and monetize their fanbase.

Role: Director of Social Media

The Director of Social Media is responsible for managing all social media accounts and creating educational content to engage and empower creators.

Responsibilities:

Social Media Management: Oversee and manage all social media accounts for Abound Corporation.

Content Creation: Develop and post engaging content twice daily on each social platform to educate creators about strategies, tactics, and the importance of owning, growing, and monetizing their fanbase.

Educational Campaigns: Craft and implement educational campaigns that highlight the benefits of the Abound Cloud platform and its 100+ applications.

Engagement: Foster and maintain high levels of engagement across all social media platforms, responding to comments and interacting with the community.

Analytics: Monitor social media metrics and provide regular reports to the leadership team to inform strategy adjustments.

Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to ensure social media strategies align with overall marketing goals.

Brand Advocacy: Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring all social media content reflects Abound Corporation's values and mission.

Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date with social media trends and best practices to keep Abound Corporation's social media presence cutting-edge.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in managing social media accounts for a business or organization.

Strong understanding of social media platforms, their algorithms, and best practices.

Exceptional content creation skills, including writing, graphic design, and video production.

Ability to create engaging, educational content that resonates with creators.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong analytical skills with experience in using social media analytics tools.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Passion for empowering creators and understanding of the challenges they face in owning, growing, and monetizing their fanbase.

Knowledge of digital marketing strategies and tactics.

COMPENSATION PLAN

Executive team of 10 members split 25% of gross margin (2.5% each) plus high commissioned sales and Executive Team Affiliate Program of50% affiliate compensation for lifetime of sales/revenue streams.
