Key Responsibilities:

Gear Guru: Match skiers and riders with the perfect equipment based on their skills-because the right gear makes all the difference!
Fix-It Wizard: Master the art of adjusting bindings and fine-tuning equipment to keep everyone riding smoothly and safely.
Customer Champion: From first-timers to seasoned shredders, provide top-notch service and tips to make sure every guest has a blast on the slopes.
Shop Steward: Keep our rental shop organized and stocked, because a tidy shop means happy skiers and riders.
Safety Expert: Uphold safety standards with a keen eye and friendly demeanor, ensuring everyone stays safe and sound.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Assist customers in selecting appropriate ski or snowboard equipment based on their skill level and preferences.
Adjust bindings and equipment settings according to manufacturer specifications and customer needs.
Ensure all rental equipment is in proper working condition, performing regular maintenance and repairs as needed.
Collect rental fees and process transactions accurately using POS systems.
Provide information on equipment use, safety guidelines, and resort facilities.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the rental shop area and equipment storage.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with management for supplies reorder.
Assist with rental shop opening and closing procedures, including cash reconciliation and equipment security.
Uphold safety standards and protocols to ensure a safe environment for customers and staff.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly and professionally.
Maintain guest service standards by providing information about equipment, the resort, and area activities.
Ensure guest satisfaction through excellent service, teamwork, and compliance with financial, safety, and liability standards.
Support Rental Store Manager and Supervisor in day-to-day operations.
Promote a safe working environment by adhering to safety guidelines and ensuring work areas are hazard-free.
Ensure liability compliance by recording guest and equipment information accurately.
Notify repair shop personnel of damaged or maintenance-required equipment promptly.
