Our inpatient facility houses 12 clients who receive specialized and personal care from our staff.
Spacious and newly remodeled facility, located on 4 private acres of land.Position available:
Full-time (40 hours/week):
Tuesday-SaturdayFor Full-Time (Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist etc.) we offer:

Performs journey-level professional casework and clinical services with mentally and emotionally disturbed clientsAssesses and monitors clients' behaviors while in treatment for chemical and alcohol abuse and dependency.Works as a team member with other professionalsParticipates in evaluative and diagnostic staff conferencesConducts individual, family, and group therapy; interviews clients and relativesParticipates in collaborative treatment with representatives of other agenciesPrepares verbal, written, and statistical reportsAttends conferences, workshops, and training to maintain current awareness of mental health methodologies and issuesOperates a personal computer and other office equipmentCommunicates effectively with others in person and over the telephoneAnalyze data, interpret directions, procedures and regulations, and develop appropriate responsesPerform job duties under stressful conditionsMay be assigned some lead and special work coordination responsibilitiesEducation and minimum qualification:
Must obtain and maintain a license as a mental health professional regulated by a state board (LCSW, LMFT, LPCC)Must possess a master's degree in social work, marriage and family therapy, or counseling.Have at minimum two-year experience in Drug and Alcohol counseling.Very familiar with HIPAA/client confidentiality and personal rights.Must possess a current CPR and First Aid certification.
Must possess a valid Driver's License Preferred education and experience:
Two to five years of experience in drug and alcohol counselingBachelor's degree in a related field.Salary:
$83,200- $132,200 The posted pay range is a reasonable estimate that the organization believes in good faith it may pay for this particular job based on the circumstances at the time of posting.

Pay may consider several factors including but not limited to internal equity, experience, specialty, training, hours/shifts worked, business need, and education.
Pay ranges may be adjusted in the future depending upon many factors including business needs.
