In this role, the candidate will manage a group of 15-20 professionals who are responsible for the engine after-sale maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO) events at Pratt & Whitney Engine Services in Bridgeport, WV, and in the Regional Service Center Network.
The Manager is responsible for ensuring that the team works in a cohesive manner to complete the responsibilities below.

Key Responsibilities:

Responsible for overseeing the commercial and event strategy for all the shop visits while working with the shop operations team to ensure customers' orders are on-track to commitment date.
Accountable for budget, staffing, and business/operational results; provides updates and prepares presentations to executive leadership.
Ensures that employee engagement and development is a top priority. Enables and empowers the team to produce results in a rapidly changing environment, while leading the selection, training, and mentoring of professionals on the team and holding team members accountable for meeting customer commitments.
Leads continuous improvement events to ensure an involving and improved customer experience. Responsible for improving entire processes or systems.
10% of Travel as required

Basic Qualifications:

A Bachelor's Degree with a minimum 12 years experience in Business, Operations or Engineering, OR a Master's Degree with a minimum of 10 years experience in Business, Operations or Engineering, or in absence of a degree, 16 years relevant experience
U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract

Minimum 8 years management experience

Onsite:
Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance workers, as they are essential to the development of our engines.
Candidates will learn more about role type and current site status throughout the recruiting process. For onsite and hybrid roles, commuting to and from the assigned site is the employee's personal responsibility.

The salary range for this role is 143,000 USD - 287,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Hired applicants may be eligible for annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs depending on the level of the position and whether or not it is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company's performance.

This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
