Wage: $25.00 - $28.00/hour (With $3.00/hour Shift Premium)

CNC Machinist Responsibilities:
• Obtain daily department job assignments
• Observe daily schedule requirements and communicate them to operators
• Provide necessary assistance to employees in the department
• Set up machines and work centers as required to meet schedule demands
• Track efficiencies and productivity within the department and report daily
• Communicate opportunities for process improvement
• Maintain all equipment in the department
• Attend company courses and assist on project teams when asked
• Completion, update and sign off job specific set-up documentation
• Maintain a safe working environment
• Ensure quality process is being followed by all employees
• Sign-off and accountability for scrap generated by department
• Maintain accountability within the department
• Attend courses or seminars and assist on project teams when asked
Requirements for CNC Machinist:
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• At least two years of experience in a manufacturing environment; supervisory experience preferred
• Able to read and understand blueprints and work orders
• Experience using inspection equipment and training others
• Good communications skills
• Quality minded with strong attention to detail
• Dependable and punctual
• Able to lift up to 50lbs
