General Purpose and Scope of Position:
We are looking for a talented Senior Technical Program Manager who shares our passion for building innovative products to solve complex problems in the agriculture domain.
The Senior Technical Program Manager has primary responsibility for defining, designing, planning, tracking, and managing key features of an innovative and market-leading Cloud Service Solution developed for Agronomists and Agricultural Growers.
He/she is responsible for identifying technical and user requirements and providing the direction necessary for meeting the solution objectives and timelines.
The Senior Technical Program Manager must also be able to manage the design and development schedule, user requirements, and task details and produce best of bead, innovative designs.
He/she must be able to manage change and take active leadership in timely decision-making.
Finally, the Senior Technical Program Manager must have the courage to face up to issues squarely and early, resolve conflicts, admit to problems and seek coaching.
