The ideal candidate for this position will having the following traits:

The specific job responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Receive incoming calls & making outbound calls.
Ability to handle several phone calls at one time.
Book service appointments whenever possible.
Accurate data entry of service calls and related information.
Managing lead sourcing and commercial work orders through email.
Use customer development techniques to solicit work through phone, email, and other methods.
Perform other duties as needed which may include cross-training in related positions.

Compensation: $17.00 - $25.00 per hour
