Responsible for assembly, analysis, and filing of clinical information to ensure compliance with hospital policy and regulatory requirements; Assists Health Information Management customers. A critical attribute required of this position is exceptional interpersonal customer services consisting of an outgoing positive attitude, warm friendly joyful demeanor, and the utmost care and reverence for our guests, patients, families, customers and colleagues.

Salary Range: $15.74 - $18.54

*This is designated as a safety-sensitive position*EDUCATION:

Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required. Medical terminology, health records, release of information, preferred.
Preferred Experience: Previous experience in Health Information Management or related field and knowledge of medical terminology.
Required Certification: None
Required License: Washington State Drivers License.Liability insurance to use personal vehicle and/or LHN Companyvehicles for LHN business purposes.
Other: Bilingual and/or English-Spanish speaking preferred.Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently.Ability towork with culturally diverse population.
