• $1,500 - $1,666 per week - 13-week contract with possibility of extension- Skilled Nursing Facility- Responsible for the overall day-to-day operations of Occupational Therapist services at the facility- Ensures services are provided in accordance with other departments and caregivers- Estimated weekly payment may include both taxable wages and tax-free reimbursements for meals, housing, and incidentals.

• Active Occupational Therapist Licensure/Certification in Washington- American Heart Association BLS- At least 1-year of experience as a Occupational Therapist- Prior experience in an SNF preferredSupplemental Health Care will consider for employment qualified applicants with criminal histories in a manner consistent with the requirements of applicable local, state, or federal law.
