We are seeking a New Car Sales Manager to join our dynamic team at Hyundai of Kirkland. This is an entry-level sales manager opening, meaning; the ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in new car sales within a dealership setting and while prior New Car Management experience is not required, a strong background in new car sales, and a proven track record of success are mandatory.

New Car Sales Manager Responsibilities

Lead and manage the new car sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share and profitability.
Train, mentor, and motivate sales staff to enhance their performance and achieve individual and team goals.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by maintaining strong relationships and addressing any concerns promptly and effectively.
Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute effective sales promotions and campaigns.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and product knowledge to provide accurate and relevant information to customers and the sales team.

Qualifications New Car Sales Manager Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years of experience in new car sales within a dealership.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Customer-focused with a commitment to providing exceptional service.
Proficiency in using dealership management systems and sales software.

Corporate Hiring Requirements: Must be 18 years or older & have a clean driving record with a valid driver's license, able to pass a criminal background check and pre-employment drug testing.
