This is a temporary, six-month assignment which could potentially lead to other roles within the organization.

Responsibilities:
• Provide guidance through the administrative onboarding process for medical providers and staff
• Provide superb customer service as the face of the organization.
• Collaborate with other departments as needed.
• Manage inventory of the office and order additional supplies as needed.

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Skills:
Previous experience working within an administrative and/or healthcare related environment is desirable.

Education:
Associate

1-4 years

Qualifications:
• Associates degree in a related field or 1-3 years of related office support experience is required for this position.
• Effective interpersonal communication skills are a must for success.
• A high-level of experience with MS Office Suite are required.
