*_What Billing Services contributes to Cardinal Health_*

Customer Pricing Support is responsible for proactive research, customer and supplier inquiries, and dispute resolution all with a concentration on customer pricing. Acts as a liaison between internal and external stakeholders. Serves as subject matter expert for billing support and inquiries. Services multiple customer accounts and/or processes in a fast paced and highly analytical environment.

*_Responsibilities:_*

+ Work with internal/external customers and carriers to root cause issues

+ Provide support for the implementation of new customers

+ Leads projects focused on: aged volume reduction, process improvement, reduction of manual work, and overall improvement in customer satisfaction

+ Work independently to assess problems and provide potential solutions

+ Assists in the training of new hires

+ Provide support and guidance to other analysts in complex situations

+ Performs weekly audits to ensure accuracy prior to invoicing

*_Qualifications:_*

+ Bachelors degree preferred

+ 2-4 years experience preferred

+ Transportation or Carrier experience highly desired

+ Analytical Background

+ Strong communication skills

+ Excel and/or SQL experience preferred

+ Works on projects of moderate scope and complexity

+ Identifies possible solutions to a variety of technical problems and takes actions to resolve

+ Work reviewed for sound reasoning and accuracy

*Anticipated salary range:* $55,400-$79,200
