Summary

HR support for client group Leaders, Managers and Employees on organizational and employee matters, as well as coaching, HR process expertise and other general HR activities. Impacts quality of own work and the work of others on the team. Focused on execution of standard enabling activities/provision of advice subject to policy and work routines within an enabling discipline. There may be some latitude to rearrange the sequence to complete task/duties based on changing situations.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • In this role you will be responsible for both Business Partnership and Employee support, providing the full range of HR support from organizational to individual and administrative.
  • You will handle employee documentation on site and in cooperation with our People Operations.
  • You will manage our HR systems, like Workday and Time&Attendance
  • You will support onboarding and exit processes on site
  • You will support many other HR processes, from performance evaluation to disciplinary.
  • You will have some autonomy to make decisions within a defined framework and resolve issues in situations that require good knowledge and judgment within established procedures.
  • You will consult more senior team members for issues outside of defined policy/parameters.
  • This job requires good interpersonal skills and high level of accuracy in administrative tasks.

Required Qualifications

  • This role requires several years of experience as HR Generalist.
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college.
  • Hungarian language knowledge is a must
  • English at an intermediate level
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
