• Responsabilidades:*
• Responsable de mantener el control del proceso ajustándose a parámetros preestablecidos.
• Utilizando los equipos de protección personal requeridos por la Seguridad en el Trabajo y una variedad de equipos y herramientas manuales y automáticas, retira, instala y procesa los moldes en las máquinas moldeadoras cumpliendo con los estándares de calidad.
• Prepara todos los equipos auxiliares necesarios para su funcionamiento, tales como: controladores de temperatura, parte de secadores, separadores, etc.
• Genera "Órdenes de Trabajo" solicitando servicios de mantenimiento y/o reparación de moldes, máquinas y/o equipos auxiliares, cuando sea necesario.
• Se pueden asignar otras tareas según las necesidades del departamento.
• Habilidades y experiencia*
• Escuela Superior Completado y experiencia mínima de seis (6) meses en el uso de máquinas de moldeo por inyección o máquinas automatizadas, requeridas.
• Tener conocimientos en el área de moldeo por inyección.
• Lectura y comprensión básica de inglés/español.
• Habilidades mecánicas como: hidráulica, eléctrica y electrónica, relacionadas con el proceso de moldeo del plástico, preferiblemente son requeridos.
• Conocimiento y/o experiencia con herramientas de medición tales como: calibradores, micrómetros, pin calibradores, preferiblemente.
• Conocimientos básicos en planos de lectura y paneles informatizados, preferentemente.

• Pay Details:* $14.08 to $14.58 per hour
