Описание работы
Выполнять общий ремонт промышленного оборудования, включая токарные и фрезерные станки, краны, компрессоры, ручной инструмент, вентиляторы, подъемные столы, краны, стеллажи, конвейеры и т.д.
Уметь устранять неполадки и ремонтировать промышленные системы электроснабжения, освещение, двигатели и т.д.
Проводить обычные электрические измерения с использованием DMM, тестера изоляции и аналогичного оборудования. Интерпретировать информацию и определять
неисправности и меры по их устранению.
Наблюдать и записывать действия машины и сообщения об ошибках. Читать и интерпретировать руководства по эксплуатации оборудования, схемы и технологические карты для устранения неисправностей. (Электрические, электронные, гидравлические, пневматические).
Проводить профилактическое техническое обслуживание машин и оборудования в соответствии с планами.
Выполнение других обязанностей по назначению или в соответствии с требованиями.
Требования
Опыт работы от 3 лет в области технического обслуживания и ремонта станков и оборудования
Обучение и сертификация по работе с вилочными погрузчиками, ножничными и стреловыми подъемниками
Знание механических систем и компонентов станков и оборудования
Знание электрических и электронных систем и компонентов станков и оборудования
Умение читать и анализировать механические сборочные чертежи и чертежи.
Умение читать и понимать электрические чертежи и схемы.
Отличные способности к устранению неисправностей
Отличные навыки межличностного общения
Промежуточные навыки работы с компьютером
Требуется способность работать как в команде, так и самостоятельно.
Стояние в течение длительных периодов времени
Частое дотягивание, нагибание и наклоны.
Способность поднимать до 50 фунтов.
