Maxim Healthcare Services is hiring for a RN/Clinical Supervisor in our Newport News office

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

+ Responsible for the clinical oversight from admission through discharge of homecare clients and patients served. This oversight will include supervision of:

+ Care management and personnel management associated with the clinical delivery.

+ Orientation and ongoing evaluation of homecare caregivers.

+ The assurance of clinical skills and competency of caregivers.

+ Caregiver development through education and training under the direction of the office clinical leader.

+ The position will be both in office and field facing with travel required to patient homes for onsite visits

Minimum Requirements:

+ Active RN license required (states in which office and patients are located)

+ Minimum one year experience as a Registered Nurse preferred

+ Supervisory experience preferred

+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills

+ Knowledge of Microsoft Office and computer literacy is required

+ Proficiency in the English language is required

+ Looking for a team player with skills in time management, organization, and customer service

Salary Details:

Compensation:
$75,000 - $80,000 plus annual bonus potential of $3,500, paid out quarterly
