• About the Role
•

As the Network Administrator II you will be; Troubleshoot, implement, and administer all network components and systems. You must be able to understand and troubleshoot enterprise scale network environments. Our organization supports current Cisco technologies as well as older Cisco technologies, including switches, routers, firewalls, and load balancers.

• Responsibilities
•

+ Performing job function with minimal supervision

+ Troubleshooting Cisco iOS and Cisco nxOS

+ Responding to automated alerts regarding system faults

+ Documenting work performed in enterprise ticketing system (ServiceNow)

+ Engaging in priority tickets for initial triage and troubleshooting

+ Working well with a team and external resources

• Requirements
•

+ Have CCNA

+ Demonstrate excellent documentation and communication skills

+ Experience with monitoring software

+ Have an Associates or Bachelors degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.

For this position, actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive. In addition, Conduent provides a variety of benefits to employees including health insurance coverage, voluntary dental and vision programs, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO) or vacation or sick time. The estimated salary range for this role is $54,862 - $71,250.
