We are currently seeking an ambitious pace-setter to join our team as a Data Scientist in Logan or Park City, Utah. Position is also open to remote work .
ROLE COMMITMENTS
Analyzing and understanding the factors influencing customer retention and identifying potential churn drivers
Exploring price elasticity to determine the optimal pricing strategies for our unique market
Uncovering the key drivers and predictors of customer engagement with our products and their impact on subscription renewals
Leading A/B experimentation initiatives to fine-tune product features and user pathways based on customer insights
Developing user targeting models to deliver tailored experiences and personalized solutions
Designing and implementing attribution models to measure the effectiveness of interventions in our programs
Responsibilities
Create a data science roadmap that aligns with critical areas of the business and unlocks value
Develop a strategy for insights and model development to enable data-driven strategies that will significantly impact our business' results in a competitive landscape
Use data science methods to identify levers the business can pull to delight our customers and create sticky product experiences
Create models to understand and help the business create improved customer journeys, better go-to-market plans, and product changes
Provide technical guidance and thought leadership on data science methodologies, tools, and best practices
Develop subscription analytics and models to inform: Predictors of Retention, Churn Propensity Score
Lead Advanced Analytics initiatives
Collaborate with the personalization product team to deliver solutions that meet the needs of our user by understanding their preferences, needs and motivations.
Work closely with stakeholders in programming, subscriber experience and marketing and others to understand requirements and provide product vision to help inform their strategies
Conduct analytics studies to identify new product opportunities and shape product strategy.
Identify, prioritize and execute operational improvements that can reduce passive churn
Work with the cross functional teams to design and execute a continuous series of A/B testing and other experiments to improve retention and engagement metrics.
Analyze data to continuously monitor member retention and engagement, identify areas of opportunity and develop strategies to improve member experience and revenue.
