Among its highlights, the tower will house an innovative 11-bed Neonatal Intensive Care Unit, alongside expanded capacities for crucial departments such as med/surg and labor and delivery.Anticipate a host of enhancements, including:

Your responsibilities include patient assessment, recognizing health issues, creating care plans, and assessing patient responses.
What You'll DoYou, as an RN, will conduct detailed clinical assessments, prioritize patient and family needs, create, implement, and evaluate care plans.
Adjust plans to reach desired outcomes.Building relationships, managing discomfort, staying professional are vital in therapeutic connections with patients and families.Creating care plans reflecting values aids in resolving issues.You will help educate patients, families, nurses, and community members to empower them with knowledge for better healthcare choices.

Our workforce should mirror the communities we serve.QualificationsGrad of an Accredited ProgramSpecialized field of study should be nursing.A current and valid nursing license.Must have BLS certification or get it within 30 days of starting in this role.Description for Job care for patients who are waking up from anesthesia.
Monitor a patient's vital signs, check their level of consciousness, and look for any side effects from anesthesia.
Review each patient s medical history, taking note of important information.
Perform post-operative tasks, such as changing bandages and giving patients medications.
