Conduent has an exciting in-office customer service opportunity waiting for you in our San Antonio office answering calls in regard to the customer's government or state benefits.

We offer:

*$14.00 per hour- $15.00 depending upon experience.*

*Shift Differential of up to $1.50/hr (weekends between 5p-5a)*

*Ability to earn incentive up $350/month after training.*

* Are you a problem solver who can patiently listen to, understand, and address complex customer issues

* Have strong customer service and people skills

* Able to build genuine connections with customers and enjoy guiding them to the best solution for their issue

* Can navigate multiple applications and research solutions with ease

* Can work in a customer service environment for the duration of your full-time schedule taking high-volume calls from customers

Requirements:

* Must be at least 18 years of age

* Must have High School Diploma or GED

* Must be pass a background and drug screen
