Our extensive experience, connections, and deep expertise across different sectors, industries, and transportation modes, means we can be counted on for process excellence that will save time and money.We are seeking a Station Manager for our facility in Humble, TX!Final Mile Manager/Warehouse Management experience required.Essential Functions:
Responsible for coordinating flow for communication between Haulers/Delivery Teams/Flatbed Drivers, Call Center, and Local Client Management TeamsProvides on-site presence on a daily, weekly, or bi-weekly basis to ensure Haulers/Delivery Teams are following proceduresOversees recruiting, processing, and performance of HaulersDevelops and maintains relations with vendorsEnsures follow-up on shipping discrepancies, damaged goods, and in-home damage claimsInterfaces with end customers to ensure effective in-home delivery for customersMaintains monthly operation reports that include statistics and customer service scoresOther duties as assignedSkills & Competencies:
Strong written and verbal communication skillsExcellent mathematical skills, with the ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volumeAbility to analyze technical and scientific journals as they pertain to the business and marketStrong problem-solving and reasoning abilities to deal with a variety of problems and come up with creative solutionsCompany Benefits:

$90,000-$95,000 per year
• The above-stated pay range is the anticipated starting salary range for the position.
The Company may adjust this range in light of prevailing market conditions and other factors such as location.
