The position requires a highly motivated, positive individual that can work both independently and in a "team" environment.
The Quality Inspector will provide support for all final QA processes, and communicate all trends and problems to the Quality Inspection Supervisor.
This individual must be dedicated to the success of CSI and its quest to continually improve its operations, as well as perform duties to manufacture CSI products, meeting FDA, OSHA, GMP/MDD and ISO compliance requirements.What You'll Work OnPerform inspections for final QA release of finished goods.Initiate and complete material actions for suspect and/or scrap materialComplete Nonconformance procedure and paperworkComplete and file all quality documentsAuthorize product release for shipment in accordance with CSI requirementsComplete required forms, documents, and other items as may be needed to release product for shipmentFinalize device history recordsInitiate and complete material actions (example:
failures, nonconformance, stop, hold, etc.) based on finished device sterilization resultsQuality check quality recordsFill out paperwork legibly and accuratelyPerform inspections for incoming raw materials using AQL Sampling Plan and First Article InspectionMay perform other duties as determined or assigned by managementRequired QualificationsHigh School diploma / GED requiredHigh School degree/GED0-2+ year's related work experiencePreferred QualificationsPrevious medical device experience preferred.Microsoft Office computer skillsGood written and oral communication skillsAbility to understand written processesAbility to perform visual inspection both under magnification and with the unaided eyeAbility to communicate effectively with a variety of people and customersWHAT WE OFFER :
