We are seeking a full time Customer Service/Orderfulfillment Associate to join our team to support our retail business and E-commerce online order fulfillment! 20% of the time you will be working on order order fulfillment tasks (processing order, picking/packing, and preparing shipment), and 80% of the time you will be providing professional customer service via phone calls and Emails.
This position will require you to have the basic knowledge of using computer software and familiar with using Email and phone.
Initial training on order fulfillment procedure and products will be provided.
Responsibilities:
Process customer inquiries such as product information, returns and exchanges, .
etc.
Follow up with potential and existing customer to improve customer shopping experience and customer relationship
Prevent order errors by reviewing for accuracy and pricing discrepancies
Communicate with appropriate teams regarding shipment delays and errors
Support order fulfillment when needed
Perform other duties and projects as assigned.

Conscientious, organized, and detail-oriented
Quick and efficient.
You are willing to roll up your sleeves and tackle any task to keep our wheels moving.
Excellent communication skills
Able to lift or help lift heavy boxes.
When supporting picking/packing, you'll mostly be packaging smaller packages under 50 lbs but will occasionally be asked to help with heavier packages
Fluent both in writing and verbal English is a must, bilingual is a plus
Must be able to work onsite from 8 :
30 AM to 5:
30 PM , Monday through Friday
