Compensation Package:

Solo drivers earn up to $0.56 per mile
Team drivers earn up to $0.73 per mile (split)
- Each driver is paid for all miles the truck runs
$500 sign on bonus (per driver for teams)
Top drivers earn up to $100,000+ annually
Stop-off pay, Canadian border pay, local pay, layover pay, & non-customary work pay

Peace of Mind with Layover Pay: At CFI, we strive to provide our CDL-A Drivers with consistent miles. In the rare event of a layover, you'll receive $125 after the first 48 hours and $125 for each additional 24-hour period, ensuring your time is always valued.

Qualifications:

Valid CDL-A
3 months minimum Tractor-trailer driving experience
21 years of age or older
Has the right to work and live in the United States
Be willing to travel throughout all 48 contiguous states for two to three weeks at a time
No BACs, DUIs, DWIs or license suspensions for moving violations in the past five years
Ability to meet work attendance and availability requirements and all applicable legal and DOT regulations to drive a commercial truck in the United States
Ability to pass all applicable CFI certification class testing and requirements
