At Melton, experience pays! Start earning 53 CPM & up depending on verifiable experience Don t forget about their $100 tarp pay per load, for an additional $10,000 or more annually for all drivers. Benefits:

Make an average of $65,000 - $75,000 in your first year, and the opportunity to earn up to $100,000 annually!
Earn 53 CPM - 65 CPM*
Flexible OTR hometime - Bank unlimited days!
Drivers are out a minimum of 2 - 3 weeks at a time depending on home domicile
Comprehensive health, dental, and vision coverage
Qualifying Veterans can earn up to an extra $19,000 within their first year
No-touch freight

Requirements:

Must be at least 21 years of age
Must have a valid Class A CDL
6+ months experience
No DUIs in the past 5 years
Must pass drug screen
